I remember going to Carrows back late 80s early 90s this was one of the best restaurants in Bakersfield to eat at I actually liked it this restaurant over Denny's and IHOP I like the location of it the style of it they was always nice and friendly to us I was going to take my fiance there and it was sad to see it close
