The carne asada fries here are by far the best I've had in Bakersfield and rival some of the best outside San Diego, with friendly staff and great service enhancing the experience. I appreciate the convenience of being able to call ahead and have my order ready with no waiting, and the variety of flavorful options like birria de chivo, menudo, and carne asada tacos always hit the mark. The authentic flavors, fresh condiments, and welcoming atmosphere keep me coming back whenever I'm in town.

Just tried the carne asada fries here and let me tell you, they are hands down the tastiest in Bakersfield and give San Diego a run for its money. The only thing missing was their homemade guacamole, but adding avocado did the trick. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and I'll definitely be back for more delicious eats!
