I've had their fries at the fair for the past 2 years and each time they were terrible. Last year the fries were overcooked and burned. This year they were undercooked and raw in the middle. I assume the problem is they have young kids working the grills on Friday and Saturday nights who do not have much experience. The one time an adult cooked them they were great. I went there a couple of times hoping for the same quality, but unfortunately the kids prepared them and I had to toss them out.

your bbq is very good,but a have to wait untile the a.a. co. fair is on to get it,is their any other way i could a sandwich???did you ever think of oppening a carry out???? thanks rick
