We had the flame broiled rib eye (excellent), salad with house dressing (excellent), sangria tenderloin (outstanding) and the Denver burger (poor to fair-it was overdone and so cool that the cheese didn't melt at all). The complimentary chips and salsa were very good, The atmosphere/environment was fair (not up to par with the food) and the service was good. The parking was aweful; recommend parking in adjacent lots. All-in-all the best mexican food in north county and best food period in Pasadena.

Listas is our favorite restaurant. We periodically try other restaurants, but nothing compares in the area. The food is always excellent and I always feel like I'm a member of the family when we walk in. A great "Feel Good", "Taste Good" place to eat.

Visted Pasadena, Md recently and friends said Lista's was the best...they were right. Coming from Austin which has a variety of the best places to eat in the world was surprised that this place was so intensely good. Didn't even read the menu...got stuck in Specials. Tried the Pear Chicken over Angel Hair Pasta. For desert couldn't resist pumkin custard bread pudding. Been back two more times during visit for more great food and genuinely friendly service.

It's a lil pricey but I feel the food is worth it. My only negative would have to be there isn't more seating. Besides that everyone is polite and the food it so good. Love their chips is salsa so much by the time my food gets to our table I'm stuffed.
