After going to this place for years, one day when my mother and father were visiting we decided to order. My husband said to my parents, "I know this looks like a hole in the wall, and don't mind the mattress on the floor, but it's good." Unfortunately the next morning both my parents became violently ill with food poisoning. My husband and I thought we got very lucky as neither of us were symptomatic. Two days later I started feeling a little off which I would later find out was my blood pressure dropping. I began getting sick and went to one ER and waited for a few hours then went to another because I knew something was wrong and couldn't wait. I was admitted right away to the ICU and stayed for over a week. I went into septic shock because of a bacterial infection from the food I ate. My organs began shutting down because my blood pressure was so low it couldn't pump blood to the organs. The dr said if I had waited much longer to be admitted, even minutes, I wouldn't be here. Man Hing was shut down for merely a week and allowed ot reopen after the health department finding pages and pages of violations. Everything from not storing meat properly, not washing hands, cross contamination and infestations. Now, 2 years later there is another danger sign on the door for the health department being there and shutting it down. Please do not put your life in these people's hands. They obviously do not care.
