I discovered a unique eatery that exudes charm despite its worn appearance. The cozy lunch counter is run by Nick, a friendly owner who occasionally takes a break from his video gambling machine to prepare your meal in the microwave. While the setting may not be for everyone, it offers an authentic taste of Baltimore's character.
