Liz the manager was extremely rude and hung up the phone when I asked her name. Instead of making a solution to the problem she blamed me for not checking my sealed bag before I left. Which I normally do but I was there after picking my son up from daycare and was super tired. After she hung up-I had to call back just to know who I was talking to. The food wasn't hot and I live less than five mins from this location. Extremely disappointed. The broccoli Mac and cheese was like water. I was told it was mixed with soup but it's didn't even have the same texture of the soup. The general manager said he refund me however I never got a confirmation. Also was told it take up to 7 days to get my money back after I asked that I come in and get refund personally. I'll have to call my bank in the morning because this food is going on the trash. And I work hard for my money so in want it back. I doubt Liz will get reprimanded and probably go on to disrespect more customers instead of keeping business there. The bread was old and hard. And just thrown in bag which isn't very sanitary being as tho fingers touch the containers and with Covid is a little gross. The tuna sandwich was super soggy and had a glob of mayo that was just tossed in and not even spread. Gross. Maybe ok for lunch or breakfast but definitely not after five. It was NOT even busy at the time I placed the order. Super disappointing and honestly won't go back to this specific location ever again. I hope In the future that they show a little bit more respect to their customers.
