I have been going here since the menu changed. With times being tight their prices went up a little and they moved some things around. Such as you can not get the crab cake with the surf and turf. It use to be a choice. They use to have the best potato salad around but the lady retired.
My last visit the waitress was terrible and demanded a bigger tip. when I say demanded I mean demanded. we waited over 50 minutes for our dinner she never came back to ask if she could get us anything else and to say she was sorry for the wait. There is a little young blonde haired girl who waits on my wife and I and she is great so this is in no way to reflect on her. I had to get my party their silver ware the other waitress gave us our appetizers with no silver ware. I feel the food is still good but this waitress/barmaid needs to go. I used to go there 3 times a month maybe more but I told the young girl that I would not be back. I am not cheap i tip when the service is good but if it is bad you get tipped accordingly. the bill was 140.00 and some change she got 9.00 and some change and that was it but had the gall to bring the change back to the table and demand more. I should have taken the change and gave her nothing but I was in shock that someone would have the gall to do this. I know it was not her fault the the dinner took so long but there were only 3 other people in the place. My party was only 6 people. All she Had to do was ask if there was anything she could have done to make us comfortable. She ruined a dinner with some folks we had not seen in 4 years.
