**Attention Owner ** The customer service is AWFUL!!! Starting with the Managers, especially Nikki. I ordered a 1/2 Shrimp Cheese Steak sum combo & a whole Cheese Steak. My husband picks it up and brought it home and there were no Shrimp on the sub. He called back to ask if the cost of the Shrimp could be credited to our next order. Not asking for a refund. Not asking for credit back for the entire sub, just the shrimp. That's All. Well they got nasty on the phone and said we have to bring it back so they can check. Umm no, we do not want to make a trip back just credit the $2.00 for the next time we order, seeing that we order all the time with them. My husband stated if he had to make a trip back then he wanted our full refund about $30. They told him to do that then. So I called back spoke with a Manager Nikki, I tried to explain to her again that even business wise that doesn't make any sense. Why would you rather refund $30 and loose customers instead of crediting $2.00 for our next order. Oh that's right, it's not their business they just work there, no wonder they can care less about satisfying customers or any sort of Customer Service. Oh well lost loyal customers here.
