I tried the chicken Greek salad from the food truck at Elkridge MD Fire Station and it was exceptional. The skewer of marinated/grilled chicken breast was incredibly tender and moist, paired with a unique and flavorful dressing that elevated the dish. The gyros were also a hit, bursting with all the authentic Greek flavors you could ask for, and the Sriracha fries with feta were a delicious bargain that could easily feed a group. The service was efficient and respectful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
