I had a big take out order for a birthday party which they lost. 1/2 hour later they found it, but by now it was ice cold. When I told them I no longer wanted it, they offered me a whopping 20% off, which I said no to. The manager then offered me 50% off, which I reluctantly agreed to because I just wanted to get out of there. She then could not figure out how to make the adjustment and could not provide me with a receipt that it was done. She then said she would make sure it was done within the next 3-5 days and I would just have to trust her. The full 50% off adjustment was never made and the restaurant refused to make it right. I highly recommend avoiding Uncle Julio’s Annapolis at all costs!!
