I never have any issues with my order, but I order ahead to save time, get to the store and the doors are locked. In order to get my drink I have to sit in the drive thru line which is slow. If the lobby isn't open Starbucks can you turn off mobile ordering? I was able to call customer service and get a refund because I had to get to work.
