All I can tell you from repeated experience is that their baked ziti and penne a la vodka are really good - and we’re pretty picky NYers

Unacceptable. The fact that they even served what they served speaks volumes. Chicken parmesan sub completely dry and undercooked, mushy and horrendous. My pizza had so much oil saturation that the paper stuck to box and the toppings slide off entirely. Either those 5 star reviews are bullcrap, or I just got a crap cook tonight. This is my first and last experience.
