They should try excellent customer service, which they don't. I have been in there numerous times trying to support local, but every single time I go in there it's like walking into the Twilight Zone. Always a charade of rude characters.

We had dinner at 818 Market yesterday (upstairs) and it was wonderful! Food was great - excellent service. We plan to go back for sure! AND - we felt very safe. Our temperature was checked when we arrived - spacing was fine - all employees wore masks.
