We enjoyed the beef brisket sandwich but found it to be on the fattier side. The jambalaya was also delicious. The service was quick and attentive, and although prices were higher than other food trucks, the quality was worth it. A suggestion would be to enlarge the menu to attract more customers who may pass by without noticing the offerings.
