Last year, Jeremy and I introduced my mom to the world of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Growing up, she only knew the instant ramen variety, but that all changed when we took her to experience flavorful and aromatic dishes like grilled shrimp and pork over vermicelli. The savory broth, tender meats, and fresh ingredients left a lasting impression on her taste buds.
