The birria and fried pork tacos I had were flavorful and well-seasoned, with fresh ingredients and generous portions that made the meal very satisfying. The tortillas are made in-house with a unique texture and subtle alkaline corn flavor that sets them apart, complemented by salsas that enhance rather than overpower the tacos. The service was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere cozy with limited seating options, and parking nearby was convenient, making it an excellent choice for authentic Mexican cuisine.

The food here is amazing! I tried the Birria tacos and a fried pork taco, both were incredibly tasty. The seasoning is on point and the flavors are delicious. Tortilleria Sinaloa is easy to find off of Eastern Avenue across from Patterson Park, with convenient street parking available. The service was excellent, and the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating options.
