During my visit to Koby's, the rustic, smoky atmosphere set the tone while the barbecue dishes, especially the tender brisket and flavorful pulled pork, delivered satisfying and hearty flavors. Although the service had a few hiccups, the combination of well-prepared meats, tasty sides, and the friendly, attentive staff made for an enjoyable experience that I look forward to repeating.
