My shoes led me to this dive bar that smelled of gin, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere, outdoor fireplace, and engaging conversation with the owner. Despite its faded charm, the bar felt like a hidden gem in Millinocket, and I ended up enjoying a beer and ordering a pizza while chatting with the fascinating bartender who shared intriguing stories about the town's past.
