Hermon Family Restaurant is a small but cozy restaurant that serves homemade food. Their location is off the beaten path (Billings Road) so there are many who don't know it's there. The trick is to get there early in order to get a seat. In my experience, the servers have been friendly and very accommodating. They have a good cook. I haven't tried everything on the menu, but their pot roast is over-the-top delicious - the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender and so flavorful. Having said all this, not every dish will be the best you've ever had, but that can be said of most restaurants. Different strokes for different folks.
