This location never fails to disappoint me. Only 2 cars ahead of me and I've been waiting 12+ minutes. When I got to the pick-up window, I was asked "What did you order?"

Cooks need to learn the menu, ice cream machine is broken 80% of the time, customer service is poor, employees are talking on their cell phones, food is always cold.
