our lobster was over cooked and when the lady in my party went to talk to the waiter about it the cook came out to the middle of the restaurant and started to yell at my friend, that she got what she ordered. no noe in the management tried to stop him and it created a very uncomfortable situation for her. one does not yell at a customer in a suppoed "fine dining" restaurant end surely not at a lady. they offered no apology or replacement of her dinner. that actually charged full price.
when i called later on to talk to the owner she hung up on me.
all my company was from out of state and this painted a very poor picture of baton rouge.
we went there to eat to support mid city restaurant
