The friendly staff at Cou-yon's Cajun Bar-B-Q made choosing from their extensive menu a breeze, and every dish I tried-from the smoked sausage appetizer to the crawfish í©touffí©e over dirty rice with fried shrimp-was packed with bold, authentic flavors. The generous portions, affordable prices, and welcoming atmosphere make this restaurant a standout destination for anyone craving authentic Cajun cuisine with excellent service.
