PLEASE READ!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!
My fiancé and I used to adore this place when it was a buffet and when they came out with the all you can eat sit down buffet we were even more excited to go here. We been here several times recently and haven’t had any issues with eating any of the food or the service.
We just came here for lunch and ordered all the same normal things and ate with no problem. Then we decided to try the Spicy Salmon sushi which comes (1) piece per order. So we each got 1 piece. My fiancé didn’t recognize it as something we ever ate before so she tried it first and didn’t like it and advised I shouldn’t try it. So, we pushed them to the side and we ordered more things that we know we’d like. The lady picked up the food and extra plates and never mentioned anything to us. We decided to try a Sushi Roll but we didn’t see the one we usually order so we tried the Rock’N Roll, and some other things. We ate every piece of food that was given to us besides the 2 sushi pieces. So we get the Sushi Roll and I tried it first and it wasn’t bad but as I chewed I tasted a weird flavor but I told my fiancé it was good. She took her first piece and instantly tasted the weird flavor and wanted to spit it out and I told her we couldnt waste anymore but it was really bad. I swallowed my piece while she was having trouble to swallow because it tasted really bad like something in it had soured. So we both decided not to eat another piece. We weren’t full at this point even though we ate several other things we just wanted to try a few more things. The waitress slammed the bill on the table and told us to have a nice day and my fiancé was looking at the menu to order something else and we both were shocked because it felt like we were being kicked out. She then passes up the table several times not taking our order anymore. Then she comes to pick up the left over sushi (3 pieces) and asked us why didn’t we eat it. And we explained that it didn’t taste good. And she told us NO!, everyone orders this one everyday and everybody loves it. And I told her I’m sorry but we each had a piece and something was off about it and we couldn’t eat them. She then tells me that I one time wasted the salmon sushi and now this second one and they don’t allow that there. Which I know that they charge for waste which would have been totally fine so I told her she could charge us for waste but it’s an ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET and we don’t have to eat it if we don’t like it. She was going to walk away because she was being VERY rude about us not finishing the sushi and I knew she was not taking our order anymore. I was so embarrassed I was trying to explain myself to her and she became disgustingly rude so I told her she wasn’t going to get any money from me for the disrespectful service. I have never been treated so rudely when the menu states that they charge for waste and all she had to do was just charge us for waste and call it a day! Not ridicule and belittle me in front of the whole restaurant which everyone heard her because it was so quiet. She then is arguing with me in front everyone! She is honestly a disgrace to Customer Service Industry and I don’t even understand how she still has a restaurant to run with that type of attitude towards the public. I walked out in disgust while my fiancé talked to a young man who was a random waitress and explained what she said and he apologized so much for her. He told my fiancé that in several other occasions he has gotten cursed out and food thrown at him because of the way she talks and treats people. He had to ask her to leave out the building. My fiancé paid the bill AND left her 16% tip just to show her that we NEVER had a problem paying the bill and that maybe she can think about the way she treated us after seeing that we left her a tip. NOBODY DESERVES TO BE TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT WHEN THEY ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS.
