The service at Basecamp was exceptional - one of the staff members went out of their way to provide us with a NA beer from their personal stash when they were sold out. The modern vibe and friendly staff make it a great stop for a meal when heading up or down the mountain, with delicious options like the "Bachelor Burger" and crispy onion rings.

What a joke! I've given this place 4 tries. Failed on all attempts. Today was the last straw. Went in for breakfast, today's special - biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs. Simple enough right? As I was about to tell him how I like my eggs the phone rang. He put them on hold to finish my order. I then proceed to wait. 45 MINUTES and I still didn't get my meal. I became fed up when they offered the "call in order" his 3 bags of to go food ahead of me. 45 minutes and they couldn't cook 2 over easy eggs and serve them with the prepared gravy and biscuits.
Customer service is the business - GET A CLUE!!!
