Employees were rude, hard to understand, could not get the order correct even after 5 repeats. This was at the drive thru. This happened on 2 occasions. Told them to forget the order both times and went elsewhere.

Ordered a 3 piece meal, and was told they were out of thighs and gave us chicken wings. Cold potatoes and gravy and my son and I had diarrhea for the the next day. I also ordered to eat in the restaurant and they packaged it to go. I was totally unimpressed with the severs and service. Will not frequent it again.

Wouldn't honor a coupon from online because he didn't know how. Hmm unsubscribing to the emails that send me coupons if I'm unable to use them. Not to mention food was cold!

Went in to KFC Aug. 2 2014 won't be going back-tables were dirty-floors were dirtyfood all over and chicken strips were mostly batter. Garbage was overflowing. Should have gotten mney back and gone someplace else,
