I enjoy Blue's food, their ribs and pulled pork are on point! The whole part of the heights smells Devine thanks to this place. Come early though.. the locals know where the good food is, and it doesn't last.

This is the best food ever! The reason another person came in at 6 and there wasn't hardly anything left is because everyone else knows how awesome this food is, and they buy it up like it's going out of style (which it can't). I'd make the 3-hour drive to Billings just to get some of this food!

Although the help was rushing about wildly, it took a good 10 minutes to move from 2nd in line to them asking for my order. We got a pound of sausage and a pound of brisket - UNSlCICED. We watched them slice the crap out of the previous order and you could practically see the moisture and flavor develop wings and skedaddle. It took another 10 minutes from order to counter delivery, I guess because they had to get the meat from the smoker and then MICROWAVE IT!!! Really???? Microwave it?? I thought this was a barbecue joint? We got one side - potato salad. Had plenty of mustard and egg taste, but was seriously lacking in POTATOES! More like a potato goo than a classic potato salad. Price was a little high. Took the stuff home and ate it there. The sausage was OK, but the brisket was seriously overcooked and dried out. Even though we tried to preserve it by not slicing until we ate it - it was a failure. I guess this is why we only stop by about every two years - just to see if they've improved. Here's the bottom line - still sucks!

What a joke. ONLY HAD 1/2 LBS OF SAUSAGE THAT WAS DRIED OUT AND ONLY TWO PINTS of coleslaw left at 6.00 pm. the waitress was very beligerent.So much for my business.I will be happy to tell all my friends and customers, As I am a business owner myself.If my employee acted in this manner I would put a size twelve boot up her but.
