U-Do Yogurt is amazing and we try to make our customers happy. We just re-opened in May. We know things happen and we will do our best to fix them no matter the situation.

Yogurt is good but make sure you get and receive your receipt before leaving. I bought a bowl of frozen yogurt there and Travis, the owner, waited on me. He asked if I wanted my receipt. I said I did, and am glad I did. When I got home to mark it down in my checkbook my receipt showed I was charged $11.10 for one bowl of their yogurt! I thought $5.55 was high to begin with. I called to tell him and he replied "Oh yeah?" - I said "Yeah" and offered to bring my receipt in with the bowl of yogurt. I went back and he pulled the charge receipt I had signed and on top of it was the end receipt he had closed it out for showing $5.55 only... stapled on top of the signed original charge showing $11.10! So there is no way he didn't know there was a discrepancy when he had stapled them together. He claimed he didn't know how it happened. I showed him he had charged me for 22.2 ounces at .50/ounce, which I said is about 1 pound 6 ounces, which is not the amount I put in the bowl! He said he was still unsure how it happened because when he closed it out it showed the correct amount. It sure looked like he charged me double, then applied it to 2 separate orders. Another thing that makes me feel something fishy happened was he couldn't figure out what to do in the register (voiding the transaction would have worked), so he gave me $5.55 back in cash. Reminding you again, this is the owner who should know these things. I told him I wondered how many others don't look at their receipts and get charged double. He said it would never happen again. I know it won't because I won't go back there again.
