Today, I tried the ricotta, pepper, and spinach sandwich from the food truck and found it to be exceptionally delicious. The variety of items on the menu, including sandwiches, tacos, fried chicken, soups, and sides, have all been consistently great. The food truck is operated by Tony, an experienced chef from Martha's Vineyard, and is located at the vacant lot formerly occupied by Coury Furniture.
