the food is excellent, the garlic knots are to die for and the portions are very generous. with that being said, don't even think about complaining about the service or lack thereof. I called when I got home just to let the owner/manager know how rude the waitress was, and they slammed the phone down in my ear!! So much for customer service. I guess there are more where I came from!!

Loved my Gnocchi I had Saturday, and the service was great!
Was not pleased with the party of rude customers next to us making a big deal out of nothing. next time stay home

We brought a party of 12 at this place, the waiter was a sweet heart but our party 4 wanted the veal and they ran out of veal, what restaurant runs out of food?, and another thing the owners wife was so rude to our guest, what about good customer service, then after 21/2 hour wait after they stuffed us with garlic knots, they bring us the food and then had to take it back because they rushed and it was horrible , one of the guest said it was too salty and the owner wife said its suppose to be like that Who says that, plus she argued with our guest in front of customers which is very poor taste. We will never go there again actually my husband walked out adn the owners wife wanted my husband to pay for his meal even though it was 2and a half hrs late because WE had a big crowd and the waitresses were serving the others first and we were there first,Our reservation was 6:30 and we ate almost 8:30 and 6 out of the 12 sent it back. And thats good Customer service. they need to work on treating their people better

I love Mama Giuseppa's. We eat there a couple of times a month and order pizza to go as well. The fried green tomatoes are outstanding! The service is friendly and the owners know us by name. So glad we stopped driving by and decided to stop. It has been our favorite every since then.

Mama Giuseppa Restaurant, 4 South Liberty Street, Endicott (from I-86, take exit 67N then Main St west for about 1.5 mi, then R on Liberty St), ☎ (607) 748-7200‎. Among the very best Italian restaurants in the Binghamton area. The location is a bit odd, but the food is exceptional. Make sure to come hungry -- the servings are extremely generous and you'll want to leave room from dessert.
