Service used to be fast and friendly. Waitress today (K) was not friendly or accommodating.
Menu needs to be updated...they have macaroni salad, potato salad and Cole slaw on menu but they are not available.
Waitress would not allow substitutions although the other waitresses always did. The meal was just ok. I wish the other waitresses were still there but I imagine because of covid they found other jobs.
Lastly, ladies restroom was disgusting. Not clean at all.

Love it here!! Staff is friendly, service is good, food is awesome. Highly recommended!

we've been going there once a week for almost 5 years and have never had a bad meal. Food is always consistent and wait staff is always pleasant. The chicken parm is by far the best around town

Shame on Piccolos Cafe !!!!!! After spending 40 minutes WAITING for our breakfast I asked the owner if he could check on the status of our order. I know it was busy and I was trying to accomidate for that. Two people had come in and were served within 15 minutes. Our waitress finally came to our table and said she was sorry ...our ticket was pushed back! And a few other orders were "switched" around! So what the cooks do is if it is a "quick" order...let's do that first! Needless to say after waiting 45 minutes and they had not even started our order,we left... So bad for business. the owner kept walking by the tables trying to "look" important...what he NEEDS to do is take charge of his restaurant!!!

THIS IS IN MY OPINION,THE BEST RESTAURANT IN BINGHAMTON,JC,ENDICOTT,VALUE IS RIGHT,FOOD IS GOOD,NOTHING FANCY JUST GOOD FOOD,WE EAT HERE WHEN EVER WE GO OUT,WE HAVE TRIED MANY OTHER RESTAURANTS IN THE ARE. BEEN GOING THERE FOR ABT 2 YRS,AS WE HAVEN'T FOUND BETTER FOR THE PRICES IN THE AREA,HOMEMADE NOT FROZEN AND PUT IN MICROWAVE.

The cheese steak isn't steak at all. It is. Semi wRmed up roast beef. Chopped up with a spatula and it isn't even seasoned with a single spice. Worst sh-t sandwich ever. Order a cheese steak and you get a hot roast herd sub with no gravy
