we were trying to place an order to T-bones because I wanted a really great burger. Someone recommended this place, but as I tried to order the girl placing the order sound very irritated, not pleasant AT ALL. she couldnt give me the price of my sandwich over the phone. Then she starts to talk to the manager/owner he starts yelling in the background about that is his policy this is his place of business and repeatedly ask "they dont want it, they dont want the order!!!". When I ask if I could speak to him he tried to eplain that he was busy and that no one gives prices over the phone - that is not true - every place I have orderd will give me the price of my meal. So ridiculous. I spoke with this so called manager who finally told me a price which could've happened twenty mins earlier. I hope his customers didnt hear him yelling like that, if so he has know idea how to run a business. Needless to say we did not place an order and I don't know about my co-workers but I will not be eating there UNLESS MANAGMENT CHANGES
