When I moved to Chelsea, I really wanted to find a good Chinese restaurant. After trying a few places that didn't quite hit the mark, I discovered Hunan Garden and have been loyal ever since. The food is consistently delicious and always ready in a timely manner, plus the staff is super friendly. My go-to dishes are the orange chicken and Combination Lo Mein, and I can't forget to mention the amazing Chinese donuts they offer to top off the meal.
