My wife and I enjoyed a flavorful hibachi lunch at Stix in Hoover, where the perfectly cooked NY strip steak and hibachi shrimp, rich Japanese onion soup, and smoky fried rice reminded me why I've always been a fan, even though the steamed dumplings arrived a bit cold and the cocktail was just okay.

My spouse and I enjoyed a flavorful lunch at Stix in Hoover recently. Stix is a restaurant known for its hibachi and sushi offerings, as well as Asian classics. While it had been a while since my last visit, I was pleased to find that the quality of the food remained consistent and satisfying. The hibachi dishes were well-prepared, and the Japanese onion soup stood out as a favorite. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future.
