Writing reviews isn't really my thing, but I gotta say, as someone who travels a lot for work and has tried many Asian buffets, this one in Minneapolis really impressed me. The variety and depth of flavors here are truly outstanding - no boring repeats of the same old sauce on everything. From the Mongolian beef to the teriyaki chicken, baked clam, kung pow and Mexican chicken, each dish had its own unique and delicious taste. The sushi selection was fresh and flavorful, with the Japanese pickle rolls standing out as a personal favorite. While the sweet and sour chicken and salmon were exceptional, I found the steak and egg rolls to be a bit lackluster. Overall, if you're looking for a buffet that prioritizes genuine flavor profiles, this place is definitely worth a visit.
