Bloomington has truly impressed me with its dining scene, especially at Baxter's, where I enjoyed a fantastic meal with friends without even having to leave the hotel. The food was delicious, from the perfectly cooked shrimp and scallops to the melt-in-your-mouth BBQ ribs, and the friendly service made the experience even better.
