I have never written a review before, but the atrocious experience my colleagues and I experienced at Jesse's Grill is something I feel needs to be shared. There were 7 of us, and there were no other guests ordering food. Majority of team ordered salads, and we waited close to 1 hour for meals to be fully brought out. Plates came out in intervals, so team didn't eat together. Food came out cold and components on orders were different than what was stated on menu. I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life. When we inquired why the delay, response was 3 chefs are working on your order and it takes a lot to get food to come out all at once. GO figure. Hard pass

The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious and well-prepared, and the atmosphere was inviting and clean. The service was courteous and attentive, making for an enjoyable dining experience overall.
