Visited Fat Jacks on a quiet Monday night and was impressed by their extensive bourbon selection, which was surprising for a non-Kentucky establishment. Despite being known as a college bar, the atmosphere on weeknights caters to an older crowd, providing a relaxed setting. The service and food were excellent, making it a satisfying experience worth revisiting.
