We went to Casanova for the first time with high hopes and left very disappointed. We ordered a pizza called Juno which has three ingredients..prosciutto, arugala, and mozzarella. The server brought out our pizza and realized the cooks had forgotten the arugala. Which apparently they do "all the time". She said she would fix it and brought out a bowl of uncooked arugala greens for us to sprinkle on top of our pizza. Yuck! The cooks were to busy singing opera (very annoying). The servers were too busy making jokes and laughing among themselves to realize we could use a refill on our drinks. This place has great potential, hire a manager, some employees that care and realize that you aren't the only pizza place in Boise. I will remain loyal to Guido's, whose employees have fun, but know how to do their job. Casanova should take a few pointers from them.
