I finally tried pupusas in Caldwell and was impressed by the fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and friendly service in a cozy, well-kept setting. The variety of options, including cheesy and unique fillings, paired perfectly with their light, flavorful cole slaw and delicious horchata, making it a dining experience I look forward to repeating.
