Gaston's Bakery offers an incredible selection of freshly baked breads and pastries that truly showcase the artistry of a classically trained French baker. The Kouign-Amann and Gruyere-ham croissant are exceptional, with rich flavors and perfect textures that stand out from anything else I've tried locally. Their rustic, crusty Country White Boule is a must-try, perfect for sandwiches or enjoying alongside a warm meal, and the friendly, attentive service makes every visit a pleasure.

I discovered a wonderful bakery that exceeded my expectations. The selection of pastries and bread was simple yet delicious, and I especially enjoyed the Kouign-Amann and Gruyere-ham croissant. The quality of the baked goods and the friendly customer service make this bakery a must-visit.
