12/17/2019 - Disgruntled Office Worker
My office decided to give Pineapple Express a try. I ordered on line 3 orders. 2 of the orders were the same thing but for two different people. Pineapple Express took it upon themselves to combine 2 of the orders into one container. Sent 1 fork. 1 napkin. All for three of us. We work in different areas of the office and had no way of dividing up the food. I called the restaurant and expressed that we were missing an order and was told curtly you got what you ordered. Our office will no longer do business with Pineapple Express. 2 people got to eat and 1 didn't. They were able to find an extra fork to use.
