Their pupusas on the drive-thru taste good. However their red salsa which comes with it, is sooo not authentic as the salvadoreans prepare it. Seems like they use canned tomato soup or Clamato; juice. Just doesn’t taste like they put an effort on it. Whenever I ask not to include the salsa, they still add it anyways.The curtido is ok, but it needs more freshness. As far as timing—very very bad timing. You give them enough time to prepare and they say they will have it ready. But I still have to wait at the drive they for at least 10 minutes. This is when I have already given them 40 minutes to prepare it. Overall- I’m not satisfied with the timing and their ‘salsa’ .
