I have a strong fondness for the food truck that used to visit my workplace every Wednesday last year. Bel Cibo in Boise serves up some of the most delicious hot sandwiches you can find. If you have the chance, I encourage you to give their sandwiches a try, especially the Hobieyaki with grilled chicken teriyaki. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors make it worth every penny.
