The salt and pepper pork chop rice is my favorite dish here, especially because the pork chop's sticky batter hits the right balance of flavor and texture, and you can order the pork chop on its own if you want a quick appetizer. The hearty portions and comforting, authentic Taiwanese flavors keep me coming back, whether I'm grabbing takeout or hoping to try their shaved ice when I dine in next time.
