I frequent Basho Express weekly and always opt for the create your own bowl, which never fails to impress with its speed and delicious flavors. As a BU student, the location is incredibly convenient for me. My go-to bowl includes eel sauce, spicy salmon, crab, tofu, spicy cucumber, and edamame. The shrimp dish initially had me hesitant, but after trying it, I was hooked and now find myself visiting almost daily. The sushi burritos here, especially the spicy tuna, are a must-try and the friendly staff add to the overall enjoyable experience.
