The Safari Restaurant in Boston serves authentic Senegalese cuisine bursting with rich, well-balanced flavors that truly capture traditional West African dishes. The portions are generous and the food, including favorites like jollof rice, fufu with egusi, and pepper soup, consistently impresses with its bold taste and quality. Although the space is small and wait times can be a bit long, the friendly staff and delicious meals make it well worth ordering ahead and returning often.
