I had a situation clarified by the staff at Bullpen when I encountered an issue using their entrance to access the park, which was actually related to my student ticket and not the Bullpen itself. Despite this minor inconvenience, Bullpen was very quick to respond and clarify the issue. It's a great spot for pregame drinks before a Red Sox game, with a friendly staff and a chill atmosphere that I really enjoyed.
