Positive-decent breakfasts, especially the breakfast sandwiches and omelets-(horrible potatoes and flimsy wonder bread like toast though). Pancakes are too heavy. Still, this is the place for that breakfast delivery you need if you stay up late, get up early, work second or third shift, as they deliver it from morning to closing.
Their lunch and dinners leave so much to be desired. They are horrible with meat..just awful food. Fresh veggies and salads are decent.
Customer service needs to learn that they make money on customers, and are not doing a favor to people by serving them. If the food is bad, replace it without question. If a delivery is not satisfactory, redeliver or give a free meal next time. Consider that this is the way you get REPEAT customers.
Delivery can take too long and they will still quote you a short time - if it is going to be a while, let me know. Food has arrived cold on occasion.
The problem with this place is they say they take pride in their food, but they don't seem to care about the whole package or how they are perceived.
Breakfast only. That deserves four stars, can't give it because the rest of it is so sub-par.
