Whether you're grabbing a sandwich to go or browsing their selection of Italian specialties, the quality and friendly vibe keep me coming back every time I'm in East Boston.

The food at Carmella's Market was fantastic and the delivery was surprisingly quick, leaving me completely satisfied. I decided to try the Jeffries Point Special sandwich, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and delicious flavors, all at a reasonable price. The owner, Nick, was friendly and shared some insights about the place, adding to the nostalgic charm of the experience.
